According to Yemen News Agency, the Popular Nasserist Unionist Organization has strongly condemned the Saudi claims that Yemeni armed forces were responsible for bombing the Taiba power station in Medina. The organization labeled these allegations as false and stated they followed Saudi Arabia's battlefield failures and inability to form alliances against Yemen.
The organization further argued that previous claims by Saudi Arabia, suggesting Yemen threatened Mecca and the Kaaba, were firmly rejected by Yemen's leadership, people, and armed forces. They accused Saudi Arabia of perpetuating falsehoods and aggression against Yemen, including military mobilization and the recruitment of thousands of Yemeni and foreign mercenaries.
Additionally, the Nasserist Organization claimed that these allegations highlight Saudi Arabia's 'true bankruptcy' and alleged cooperation with Israel against Arab and Muslim nations. They suggested the recent accusations are a tactic to garner Arab and Muslim support for Saudi Arabia following its setbacks in Yemen and its refusal to honor the 2022 agreement signed in Sanaa.
The organization called on Yemeni political forces and groups, as well as Arab and Muslim political forces, to denounce what they described as false and irresponsible actions by Saudi Arabia. They reiterated that such allegations would not deter the Yemeni people from defending their land, dignity, freedom, and independence.
