Sana'a: The National Human Rights Commission condemned in the strongest terms the continued horrific crimes committed by the Zionist entity against the Yemeni people. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Commission indicated that the latest of these Zionist crimes, committed today, Thursday, was the direct targeting of residential neighborhoods on Al-Raqqas Street in Ma'in District, as well as residential neighborhoods in Hadda and Al-Nahdain in Al-Sab'een District, in addition to the Dhahban Power Station with more than 13 airstrikes.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Commission's statement emphasized the severity and inhumanity of the actions perpetrated against the civilian population in Yemen's capital. The airstrikes on densely populated areas have resulted in significant damage to infrastructure and heightened fear and insecurity among the residents. The Commission called for immediate international intervention to halt these aggressive acts and to ensure the protection and safety of civilians in the affected areas.
The Commission urged the international community to take a firm stand against these violations and to hold the perpetrators accountable for their actions. It stressed the importance of upholding international humanitarian laws and the need for urgent humanitarian aid for those impacted by the ongoing aggression.
