Officials Inaugurate Gaza Model Hospital in Sana’a

Sana'a: Senior officials opened on Wednesday Gaza Model Hospital, highlighting efforts to boost private investment in healthcare and expand medical services. Member of the Supreme Political Council Sultan al-Samee and Deputy Speaker of Parliament Abdulsalam Hashoul inaugurated the Gaza Model Hospital in Sana'a, accompanied by health officials.

According to Yemen News Agency, the hospital includes emergency, surgery, intensive care, inpatient wards, laboratories, and radiology units equipped with modern technologies. It has a capacity of 60 beds, including 10 ICU beds, and offers specialized clinics in neurosurgery, oncology, and orthopedics.

Officials praised the facility as a significant addition to the healthcare sector, urging its management to provide quality services at affordable costs. They also highlighted the resilience and capabilities of Yemeni medical staff despite ongoing challenges.

Health authorities noted that the hospital represents a step toward improving medical services through collaboration between public and private sectors.
