Jawf: The governor of Jawf and deputy minister reviewed on Wednesday the situation at al-Hazm General Hospital Authority, including rehabilitation works and service delivery conditions.
According to Yemen News Agency, Jawf governor Faisal Bin Haider and deputy minister of Public Health and Environment Dr. Nashir al-Qaud inspected the progress of work at al-Hazm General Hospital Authority. The officials reviewed ongoing renovation and maintenance works and were briefed on available health services, operational challenges, and staffing and resource needs.
The governor praised efforts by the health ministry and community initiatives supporting the sector, noting their role in improving services and easing patient suffering. The deputy emphasized that the visit is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare services and expand cooperation between government bodies and community contributions.
He announced plans to begin rehabilitation of the kidney dialysis center as an urgent priority, followed by further renovation works for other hospital sections with support from donors and business contributors.
