Muscat: Oman's total oil production experienced a notable increase of 10.6 percent from the start of the year until the end of June. The production reached 198,013,700 barrels, compared to 179,045,300 barrels during the same period in 2015.
According to Yemen News Agency, statistics released by the National Centre for Statistics and Information revealed that the average price of oil saw a rise of 9.4 percent, reaching $80.9 per barrel by the end of June, up from $74 during the same period in 2015.
The data also indicated that the average daily oil production grew by 10.6 percent, reaching 1.094 million barrels per day by the end of June 2026. This is a significant increase from the 989,200 barrels per day recorded during the same timeframe in 2025.
Additionally, Omani oil exports rose by 2.4 percent, amounting to 155,217,700 barrels by the end of June, compared to 151,602,800 barrels during the same period in 2025.
