Sa'ada: The Deputy Governor of Sa'ada Governorate, Mohammed Al-Ba'dani, today inaugurated the agency of the Tihama Coast Model Cooperative Fishery Association in Al-Atd Market. This event coincided with the opening of a seafood and popular dishes restaurant.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Al-Ba'dani, alongside the Director of the Office of Economy, Industry, and Investment, Khaled Dhiban, and several officials from executive offices and the Agricultural Cooperative Union, received an explanation from the association's official about the agency's tasks. The agency focuses on marketing fishery products, ensuring they are provided with quality at suitable prices, and distributing them through the governorate center and cooperative associations in the districts.
The Deputy Governor highlighted the importance of collective efforts to provide and market fishery products with quality and suitable pricing, particularly in light of the challenges faced by citizens due to ongoing repercussions of aggression and blockade. He noted that the agency's opening will aid in supporting food security and boosting the local economy.
