Sana'a: Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra'i on Wednesday sent a congratulatory cable to Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin.
According to Yemen News Agency, in the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Volodin and the people of Russia on the occasion of the country's National Day celebrations.
