Sanaa: Speaker of Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i sent on Friday a congratulatory telegram to Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin. The Speaker also sent a congratulatory telegram to Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines Faustino Bojiday on the occasion of their Independence Day.

According to Yemen News Agency, in both telegrams, the Speaker expressed his hope for strengthening parliamentary relations between Yemen and each of their respective countries in a way that serves their common interests.
