Sana'a: Speaker of the Yemeni Parliament Yahya al-Ra'i on Monday sent a congratulatory telegram to Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, Dr. Mihaela Dotsova, on the occasion of the successful parliamentary elections.
According to Yemen News Agency, Mr. al-Ra'i extended his warmest congratulations and best wishes on behalf of himself, the Presidium, and the members of the Yemeni Parliament to Dr. Dotsova, the members of Parliament, and the Bulgarian people. The message highlighted the successful conduct of the parliamentary elections in Bulgaria.
Mr. al-Ra'i expressed his congratulations to Dr. Dotsova for gaining the confidence of the Bulgarian Parliament and securing the presidency of the National Assembly. He wished her continued health, success, and good fortune in performing her parliamentary duties and responsibilities in service to the Bulgarian people.
