Sana'a:Parliament Speaker Yahya Al-Ra'i sent congratulatory messages on Friday to his counterparts in Iraq and Guinea.

According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Ra'i extended his congratulations to Hebat Hamad Al-Halbousi, the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Iraq, in celebration of Iraq's Independence Day.

Additionally, Al-Ra'i conveyed his best wishes to Dansa Kourouma, the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Guinea, on the occasion of Guinea's Independence Day celebrations.
