Sana'a: Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra'i emphasized on Wednesday the need to continue training programs for parliament staff to keep pace with legislative and oversight duties. At the conclusion of a specialized training course on drafting parliamentary session minutes, al-Ra'i highlighted the importance of documenting parliamentary work as an official record of decisions and activities.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Ra'i called for improving administrative and technical performance, praising efforts to build staff capacity despite current challenges. Officials said the course strengthened skills in drafting, documentation, and accurate recording of parliamentary sessions. Participants were awarded certificates at the closing ceremony.
