Beirut: Speaker of Parliament, Yahya Ali al-Ra'i, sent a cable of congratulations to the chief of Djibouti National Assembly, Dileita Mohamed Dileita. In the cable, al-Ra'i congratulated Dileita and the Djiboutian people on the occasion of Djibouti's Independence Day.
