Sana'a: Researcher Mohammed Abdullah Al-Bahm was awarded a PhD with honors in Business Administration today from the Business Administration Center at Sana'a University for his dissertation titled: 'The Impact of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems on the Transition to Smart Government through Cloud Computing - A Field Study on Yemeni Public Telecommunications Companies.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the examination committee praised the dissertation for its scientific approach to issues of digital transformation and institutional performance development. The committee highlighted the distinguished academic level and findings reached by the researcher.
The committee was chaired by Dr. Abdulrazzaq Al-Marani as internal examiner from Sana'a University. Dr. Ahmed Al-Rahoumi from Dhamar University served as the external examiner, and Dr. Abdullah Al-Sunafi from Sana'a University acted as the principal supervisor.
The discussion was attended by Deputy Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Anas Sufyan, President of the Business Administration Center Dr. Sinan Al-Marhadi, as well as a number of academics and researchers.
