Sana'a: Researcher Abdul Samad Ali Al-Mutawakkil has been awarded a PhD with distinction from the Center for Comprehensive Development Research at Sana'a University. He completed his doctorate in the Department of International Development with a thesis titled "Strategic Leadership and its Relationship to the Level of Reconstruction in Yemen in Light of Sustainable Development."
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion and judgment committee was chaired by Dr. Abdullah Abdullah Al-Sanafi, an internal discussant from Sana'a University. The committee also included Dr. Abdul Razzaq Mohammed Al-Marouni, the primary supervisor from Sana'a University, and Dr. Mohammed Yahya Al-Rafiq, an external discussant from Dhamar University. The committee commended the scientific content, methodology, and the results achieved by Al-Mutawakkil in his thesis.
The discussion drew attendance from several academics, researchers, interested individuals, and postgraduate students, highlighting the interest and relevance of the research within the academic community.
