Sana'a: Prime Minister Ahmed al-Rahawi convened with Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Mohammed al-Muwalad and Deputy Minister Nabeeh Abu Shusaa to evaluate the progress of youth and sports programs. The meeting focused on advancing various projects aligned with the annual plan for the year 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the discussion emphasized the Ministry's pivotal role in nurturing the country's youth, highlighting the necessity of fostering their spiritual, physical, and intellectual growth. This is seen as essential for empowering them to contribute significantly to national development both presently and in the future.
The Prime Minister underscored the importance of collaboration between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and other relevant ministries to enhance sports infrastructure. He stressed the need for prioritizing urgent projects and allocating resources to bolster youth and sports activities across the nation.
Additionally, Prime Minister al-Rahawi instructed that exceptional care be extended to young talents in sports, ensuring they receive the support required to continue their valuable contributions to the country's development and progress.
