Sana'a: Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi, along with Minister of Civil Service and Administrative Development Dr. Khaled Al-Hawali, conducted an inspection on the first workday after the Eid al-Adha holiday to assess work discipline within the Ministries of Transport, Public Works, and Oil and Minerals.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit to the Ministry of Transport and Public Works, Al-Rahwi engaged with Minister Mohammed Qahim and other senior officials. He commended the high attendance rate, attributing it to a strong sense of responsibility among state employees, despite ongoing challenges such as aggression and siege impacting daily life. Al-Rahwi reiterated the government's dedication to implementing the directives of Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi into tangible programs.
The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of collective efforts and systematic planning to address existing challenges in the administrative sector. He called for the completion of automation processes and continuous evaluations to enhance efficiency. Additionally, Al-Rahwi expressed support for the Islamic Republic of Iran's defense against Zionist aggression and condemned any defense of Israeli actions against Palestine and Iran.
Minister Al-Hawali acknowledged the Prime Minister's focus on maintaining work discipline in public service. He outlined the ministry's unified human resources system, which aims to replace traditional procedures and improve employee performance through daily feedback. Al-Hawali encouraged other ministries to adopt this innovative system promptly.
Minister Qahim reported full staff attendance and ongoing efforts with the Ministry of Civil Service to enhance network connectivity and automation. This initiative is expected to streamline procedures and improve performance evaluations.
During his visit to the Ministry of Oil and Minerals, Al-Rahwi met with Minister Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir and other officials. He lauded the ministry's participation in the automated preparation program and its efforts to counter the effects of Zionist aggression on vital facilities. The Prime Minister reaffirmed the government's commitment to reconstruction and support for resistance movements in Gaza and Iran.
Al-Rahwi welcomed the reopening of the Al-Dhale' road, seeing it as a significant development for travelers between Sana'a, Aden, and other regions. Minister Al-Amir also reported positive work discipline and progress in automation efforts to enhance communication and performance evaluation.
