Sana'a: The Popular Forces Alliance on Monday strongly condemned the reckless and ill-considered attack by the Saudi-led aggression on Sana'a International Airport.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Alliance explained that the bombing of Sana'a Airport confirms the Saudi regime's continued targeting of civilian infrastructure and facilities that serve the Yemeni people. The statement pointed out that the Saudi-led coalition's targeting of Sana'a Airport constitutes a blatant violation of international laws and conventions that criminalize targeting civilian and vital facilities and guarantee the safety of air navigation in times of peace and war.
The Popular Forces Alliance emphasized the Yemeni people's right to defend themselves by all possible means, while simultaneously commending all steps taken by the revolutionary and political leadership to protect the Yemeni people and their resources, repel the aggression, and break the blockade. It praised the courageous stance of the Islamic Republic of Iran in breaking the siege imposed by the coalition of aggression, calling on all Arab and Islamic countries to follow the example of their brothers in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
