Sana'a: A preparatory and consultative meeting for the districts in the eastern region of Hodeida governorate, held on Thursday in Bajil district, discussed the plan of programs and activities for commemorating the Prophet's birthday for the year 1448 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting included local authority leaders, mobilization officials, representatives from official and community bodies, educational and security personnel, and prominent social figures. They reviewed mechanisms for early preparation and planning through the development of strategies and the distribution of tasks for organizing the events and activities.
Participants emphasized the importance of unifying efforts and coordinating performance across all sectors, activating the role of scholars and religious guides in raising awareness, and highlighting the manifestations of celebration and joy in commemorating the birth of the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
The speeches delivered at the gathering emphasized this religious occasion's pivotal role in renewing stances of pride, dignity, and support for truth and the oppressed, and in emulating the Prophet's life and approach. They highlighted the honorable stances of the Yemeni people in supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause against the Zionist entity.
The speakers also stressed the importance of drawing lessons and inspiration from the Prophet's noble life, continuing efforts in public mobilization, recruitment, and training, and reaffirming the readiness to confront the forces of tyranny and arrogance.
