President Al-Mashat Condemns Saudi Actions in 64th Anniversary Speech

Sana'a:In a recent speech marking the 64th anniversary of the 26 September Revolution, President Mahdi Al-Mashat of the Supreme Political Council addressed the ongoing challenges faced by the Yemeni people, particularly the prolonged Saudi aggression and siege, which he noted has received continuous support from the United States over the past 12 years.

According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat criticized the Saudi regime for its historical and current attempts to undermine Yemen's sovereignty and independence. He condemned the false accusations made by Saudi Arabia, alleging Yemen's intention to target Mecca, and described these claims as desperate attempts to justify continued aggression against Yemen.

President Al-Mashat reaffirmed Yemen's commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause and condemned the actions of Israeli authorities at Al-Aqsa Mosque. He called on nations that have been misled by Saudi claims to take action in support of the mosque.

In his address, President Al-Mashat also urged Yemeni citizens who have allied with Saudi forces to reconsider their positions and return to support their homeland, emphasizing that Yemen is open to all its people. He assured international parties that Yemeni operations specifically target Saudi military mobilizations and pose no threat to international navigation.

He concluded by expressing confidence in Yemen's ultimate victory and independence, highlighting the resilience and sacrifices of the Yemeni people in their pursuit of freedom from foreign influence.
