Sanaa: His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, expressed his warmest congratulations and best greetings to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the Yemeni people on the occasion of the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan 1447 AH.
According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat conveyed his sincere congratulations to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and extended his greetings to the Yemeni army, all formations of the armed forces and security, and the sons of the Yemeni people both at home and abroad. He also extended his greetings to the sons of the Arab and Islamic nation on this occasion, describing Ramadan as a month of goodness, jihad, the Quran, and victories.
President Al-Mashat described the month of Ramadan as a divine gift and an educational opportunity. He emphasized the importance of utilizing this time to refine and purify souls, encouraging activities that bring individuals closer to God, such as fasting, night prayers, Quranic recitation, and performing good deeds.
He highlighted that Ramadan is a month of mercy, underscoring the significance of engaging in acts of goodness and righteousness. President Al-Mashat urged the community to extend comfort to the poor, needy, and all those in need during this sacred month.
