Sanaa: His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, has conveyed his condolences and sympathy following the passing of Sheikh Hassan Ahmed Mohammed Al-Safi, who died at the age of 67 after a lifetime of service to the nation.
According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat sent a heartfelt message to the sons of the deceased-Abdullah, Ali, Ahmed, Omar, and Mohammed-highlighting the late Sheikh's contributions to his country and community. Sheikh Hassan Ahmed Al-Safi was recognized as a businessman and a prominent social figure in Al-Luhayyah District, Al-Hodeidah Governorate.
President Al-Mashat expressed his deep condolences to the sons and family members of the deceased, as well as the entire Al-Safi family. He prayed for Almighty Allah to grant the late Sheikh mercy and forgiveness, a place in Paradise, and to provide patience and comfort to his family and loved ones during this time of loss.
The message concluded with a reflection of faith: 'Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we shall return.'
