According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat sent a cable expressing his sincere condolences and profound sympathy to Dr. Qasim Labouza, as well as the entire Labouza family. Brigadier Naji Muhammad Labouza, brother of Dr. Qasim Labouza, was the subject of this message of sympathy.
