Sanaa: Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, President of the Supreme Political Council, received a cable of condolences from Mu'adh Abu Shumala, the representative of the Hamas movement in Yemen, on the martyrdom of Ahmad Ghalib Al-Rahwi, head of the Government of Change and Construction, along with a number of his fellow ministers, following a treacherous Israeli attack.

According to Yemen News Agency, in the condolence message, Abu Shumala expressed faith, acceptance, pride, and honor in the stance of 'true brothers' in supporting and standing with the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip. He noted that the mujahid leader Ahmad Al-Rahwi, Prime Minister of the Government of Change and Construction, along with several of his ministers, ascended as heroic martyrs on the path of supporting and remaining loyal to the Palestinian people and defending Gaza, Jerusalem, and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

He stated: 'We proudly recall the honorable stances of the martyrs, their valued support, and their victory for our people in the Gaza Strip, affirming that the blood shed on Yemeni soil in defense of Palestine and its sanctities is now mingled with the blood of our Palestinian people in the ongoing 'Al-Aqsa Flood' battle. This confirms the unity of our nation, the centrality of our cause, and the danger posed by the Zionist enemy to the security and stability of our nation, the region, and the world.'
