President Al-Mashat Sends Condolence Message on Sheikh Rajeh Yahya Al-Athri’s Passing

Sanaa: President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, has conveyed his condolences and sympathy following the passing of Sheikh Rajeh Yahya Al-Athri at 75 years of age. The president addressed his message to the sons of the deceased, Hames, Noman, and Abdulghani Rajeh Yahya Al-Athri, highlighting the significant contributions and virtues of the late sheikh.

According to Yemen News Agency, President Al-Mashat emphasized Sheikh Al-Athri's dedication to his country and community, particularly noting his influential role in reconciliation efforts, fostering social cohesion, and strengthening national unity. The president also acknowledged the sheikh's patriotic stance in opposing the aggression led by the U.S., Saudi Arabia, UAE, and their proxies.

President Al-Mashat extended his deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the deceased's family and the entire Al-Athri family. He offered prayers for Almighty Allah to grant Sheikh Al-Athri mercy and forgiveness, to admit him into Paradise, and to provide patience and comfort to his relatives during this time of loss.
