Sana'a: President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat on Sunday sent a congratulatory message to Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the occasion of Uzbekistan's Independence Day. In the cable, al-Mashat extended warm congratulations and best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the people of Uzbekistan.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Mashat reaffirmed the importance of strengthening friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries.
