Sana'a: The President of the Ibb Province Court of Appeal, Judge Sari Al-Ajili, conducted an inspection of the judicial and administrative operations at Yareem and Al-Radmah courts. The inspection aimed to assess the level of professional discipline and overall work performance within the courts.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge Al-Ajili engaged in discussions with the heads of both courts and the Public Prosecutor of Yareem. The discussions focused on evaluating administrative and judicial performance, exploring methods to expedite procedures, and improving work quality to ensure justice is delivered promptly and efficiently to citizens.
Judge Al-Ajili received briefings from the court heads about the challenges and requirements of their work environments. He instructed that necessary solutions be implemented to address these challenges effectively.
The President emphasized the importance of resolving pending cases swiftly and supervised administrative duties, particularly the enforcement of judgments and ensuring their timely delivery to involved parties.
