Khartoum: Transitional Prime Minister issued Decision No. 129 of 2025, dated 2 September 2025, relieving Osman Hussein Osman from the position of Cabinet Secretary General and appointing Ambassador Ali Mohamed Ali to the post.

According to Sudan News Agency, this decision marks a significant change in the leadership of the Cabinet Secretary General's office. Osman Hussein Osman, who has been serving in the capacity for an unspecified tenure, will be replaced by Ambassador Ali Mohamed Ali.
