Private Hospitals in Sana’a Hold Event to Commemorate Prophet Muhammad’s Birthday

Sana'a: Several private hospitals in the capital Sana'a organized on Tuesday a speech event to mark the birthday of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

According to Yemen News Agency, during the event, Ministry Undersecretary of Health and Environment Dr. Nasher al-Qaoud described the occasion as a renewed spiritual opportunity for Muslims, particularly the people of Yemen, to draw lessons of guidance, mercy, and adherence to the Prophet's exemplary life.

Dr. al-Qaoud emphasized that the Prophet's birth was not an ordinary event but the emergence of a nation chosen by God to carry the message of monotheism. He noted that Muslims derive lessons of dignity, perseverance, and striving in the way of God from this historic birth.

He added that the commemoration serves as a moment to renew loyalty and devotion to the Prophet and his eternal message, which represents the culmination of all divine revelations. He highlighted that Islam remains the comprehensive religion encompassing the essence of all prophetic messages.

Dr. al-Qaoud also stressed that the Muhammadi approach embodies divine mercy for humanity, offering guidance, dignity, honor, and freedom, and serving as a beacon for all generations.

Meanwhile, Head of the Jihadi Culture Department, Hussein Al-Jabin, pointed out that commemorating the Prophet's birth allows Muslims to understand the principles, values, and noble characteristics of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, in spreading the call to righteousness and combating injustice and corruption.

Al-Jabin further noted that restoring glory and empowerment to the Islamic nation requires returning to the Quran, following the Prophet's path, strengthening faith, knowledge, justice, and reinforcing unity along with economic and military power.

He concluded by stating that the Prophet's birthday is an occasion to emulate his teachings, strengthen social bonds among Muslims, reflect on his exemplary life, and express gratitude to God for the blessing of Islam. He called on all to actively participate in the major central celebration on Thursday at al-Sabeen Square.
