Progress Reviewed on Agricultural Projects in Sa’ada

Sa'ada:The Executive Unit for Financing Agricultural Projects and Initiatives in Sa'ada Governorate convened a meeting on Sunday to review the progress of various agricultural and development projects. This meeting was led by Governor Mohammed Awad.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting focused on a plan to train 40 high school graduates as agricultural specialists and the creation of production groups. Additionally, it approved the establishment of 14 agricultural associations aimed at promoting contract farming and supporting other development and economic initiatives.

Discussions also covered support for the Al-Laj Dam project in Sahar District, as well as measures to resume work on the stalled Al-Darahim and Al-Samad dam projects in Al-Salem District. Governor Awad emphasized the importance of strengthening agricultural development efforts and prioritizing support for the most needy districts.
