Sharis: The Prophet's Birthday football tournament kicked off on Saturday in Sharis District of Hajjah Governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the tournament is organized by the district's Youth and Sports Office branch under the supervision of the governorate's Youth and Sports Office. The event features six teams competing for the title.
In the opening round of matches, Al-Shaheed Al-Madani secured a 2-0 victory over Al-Shaheed Al-Ghamari. Meanwhile, Al-Sumoud triumphed over Toofan with a 4-0 scoreline, and Al-Shaheed Al-Samad defeated Al-Ansar by the same margin of 4-0.
