Hodeidah: The Public Prosecution in Hodeidah Governorate has approved the conditional release of 30 prisoners. These prisoners have served significant portions of their sentences, with those convicted of serious crimes completing three-quarters of their terms, and those convicted of minor crimes serving half.
According to Yemen News Agency, this decision was made during a meeting of the Conditional Release Committee. The meeting was led by the Chief Prosecutor, Judge Amin Al-Qarni, who reviewed cases eligible for release based on data from the primary prosecutions.
