Raymah:The General Authority for Zakat's office in Raymah Governorate has launched an electronic system for the collection of zakat revenues. This initiative, introduced on Tuesday, aims to modernize the collection process.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ali Al-Nahari, the office's director, stated that the new system is designed to streamline collection procedures both at the main office and across its district branches. This is expected to enhance efficiency and improve the quality of service provided.
Ali Azman, the development director of the authority, highlighted that the electronic system will also bolster oversight and control mechanisms. By delivering accurate, real-time data on daily collections, the system will provide a more transparent and accountable process.
