These events are part of the 1448 AH Great Prophet Football Championship, which aims to engage the youth in meaningful activities during this significant religious occasion.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Mazhar district is hosting 12 teams in the tournament. The opening match featured the Martyrs of Unity against the Al-Aqsa team, with Unity emerging victorious with a 5-0 scoreline. The event was graced by the presence of Abdullah Al-Bakali, the District Youth Office Director, along with other local, educational, and community officials who came to support the initiative.

Meanwhile, in Al-Jaafariya, the tournament commenced with eight teams. Notable attendees included District Director Mohammed Al-Haidari, Mobilization Official Hani Al-Asri, and the director of the district's Youth and Sports Office.
