Raymah: The people of Raymah Governorate marked the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday (12 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH) with unprecedented crowds filling the two main celebration squares in al-Jabin city and al-Jadadij, in a spiritual atmosphere of joy and devotion.
According to Yemen News Agency, al-Rasul al-A'zam Square in al-Jabin overflowed with participants arriving from districts including al-Jabin, Mazhar, Kusmah, and al-Ja'fariyah, forming the largest gathering in years. Similarly, al-Jadadij Square was packed with crowds from Bilad al-Ta'am, al-Salafiyah, and parts of Bani al-Dhubaybi, clad in green and chanting 'Labayk ya Rasul Allah,' affirming their faith, identity, and loyalty to the Prophet.
Despite rugged terrain and long distances, the people of Raymah insisted on attending, reaffirming their devotion to the Prophet Muhammad and their steadfastness in defending his message and values. The commemoration emphasized the importance of honoring the Prophet's birth, strengthening responsibility toward defending the faith, supporting Gaza and the oppressed, and resisting foreign domination.
The massive, well-organized gatherings reflected unity and cohesion, sending a clear message to enemies that Yemenis stand firmly behind the revolutionary leadership of Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, particularly in supporting the Palestinian cause and the people of Gaza facing genocide.
Across the governorate's towns, villages, and valleys, the celebrations embodied popular attachment to the Prophet, solidarity with the revolutionary and political leadership, and determination to maintain steadfastness and unity against foreign aggression.
Participants stressed that the war on Yemen only strengthens their moral and principled stance in supporting Palestine, serving as fuel to confront tyrants and oppressors. The festivities thus delivered a strong message: Yemen's people remain firmly bound to the Prophet, unwavering in support for Gaza, and aligned with their leadership in confronting the Israeli enemy regardless of the sacrifices.
This year's commemoration coincided with major victories by the Yemeni armed forces targeting strategic sites of the Israeli occupier - achievements seen as a source of pride for free people, and a direct response to Israeli crimes against Yemen, its leaders, and its citizens.
