Sana'a: The Rehabilitation and Correction Department in Sana'a marked the 1448 AH anniversary of Prophet Muhammad's birth with a speech and cultural ceremony on Tuesday.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by key figures including Department Chairman Major General Ismail Al-Mu'ayyad and Deputy Chairman Brigadier General Mohammed Al-Farran. During the ceremony, Brigadier General Khalil Al-Na'mi, Director General of Care and Rehabilitation, emphasized the importance of the occasion in recalling the spiritual and humanitarian values exemplified by the Prophet's life.
Al-Na'mi highlighted that the relationship with the Prophet is rooted in love and emulation, noting that the nation needs to draw from his noble example more than ever. He described the commemoration as an annual opportunity to renew awareness and uphold shared values that contribute to national unity and cohesion.
Abdullah Al-Koul, the Mobilization Official in Shu'oub District, also spoke at the event, underlining the educational and spiritual dimensions of commemorating the Prophet's Birthday. He urged for a strengthened connection with the Prophet's enduring message and advocated for increased attention and care for prisoners.
