Sanaa: The Republican Teaching Hospital Authority in the capital Sanaa conducted a field visit to Mocha district in Taiz province. According to Yemen News Agency, Head of the authority Dr. Mohammed Juhaf announced that the initiative was in response to directives from the revolutionary and political leadership and the government. The visit aims to stabilize healthcare services in the liberated districts.
Dr. Juhaf stated that a team of 50 doctors and technicians specializing in general surgery, vascular surgery, orthopedics, urology, intensive care, laboratories, and radiology was dispatched. The team also included nursing, medical supply, and general maintenance personnel. This effort is intended to bolster medical services in Mocha District by supporting healthcare facilities and staff, delivering essential medical care to residents, and performing maintenance on medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
In addition to the Mocha visit, Dr. Juhaf noted that a similar medical, nursing, and technical team was sent to Al-Jawf Governorate to enhance services at Al-Hazm Hospital. The team consists of specialized nursing staff for emergency and intensive care departments, along with operating-room technicians, to reinforce the existing staff and improve medical readiness.
