Sana'a: Researcher Samah Abdulrahman Al-Ghaili has been awarded a doctorate from the Department of Educational Administration and Planning at the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University.
According to Yemen News Agency, the examining committee praised the dissertation's content, findings, and recommendations. They further recommended the dissertation for publication and distribution to universities and research centers.
