Sanaa: The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr Al Din Al Houthi, extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to the Yemeni people in all their segments and official institutions, to frontline fighters, to the armed forces in all their military and security formations, to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of Allah, and to the entire Islamic nation, on the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Leader emphasized the significance of Eid al-Adha as an occasion with rich educational and spiritual value, commemorating the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim and his son Ismail. They set an example of submission to Allah, which resulted in glory and high status with Allah. The occasion also marks a reminder of the sacred responsibilities of Muslims to promote good, forbid wrong, and strive in the path of Allah, guided by the Quran.
The Leader highlighted the rituals of Hajj, particularly the stoning of the pillars, as symbolic of the disavowal of Satan and resistance against oppression. He called attention to the actions of what he termed as the "criminals, the allies of Satan," specifically naming America and Israel, and described their actions as corrupt.
Eid al-Adha, being a time of glorifying Allah, is also a season for social solidarity and maintaining family ties. The Leader urged the Islamic nation to draw lessons from these occasions, especially facing challenges from what he described as the American-Israeli onslaught. He underscored the importance of awareness, faith, and unity in confronting these challenges.
The statement also addressed the plight of the Palestinian people, urging Muslims to support their cause and resist the actions of the Zionist movement. The Leader praised the resilience of the Palestinian people and called for greater cooperation among Islamic nations to counter perceived threats.
The Yemeni people, according to the statement, are actively participating in this struggle, raising the banner of jihad and standing firm against tyranny. The message concluded with a call for steadfastness and faith, reassuring that the ultimate victory belongs to the righteous.
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Allahu Akbar. Death to America. Death to Israel. Cursed be the Jews. Victory to Islam.
