Sana'a: The Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that the Yemeni people will act within the framework of the right stance, the just cause, and the clear oppression, and will not accept the continuation of American-Saudi aggression, occupation, and blockade on the country.
According to Yemen News Agency, in a speech delivered this afternoon as part of the rallies commemorating the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, the Leader emphasized the Yemeni people's determination to resist foreign aggression. He stated that Yemenis would pursue legitimate means to achieve freedom and independence, restore national wealth, and secure their legitimate rights.
He praised the widespread popular movement and large tribal rallies, urging the Yemeni people to maintain internal cohesion, cooperate, and participate in social initiatives and military courses. The Leader reiterated Yemen's steadfastness in their faith-based and liberationist path against adversaries, particularly highlighting opposition to America and Israel.
He also emphasized Yemen's commitment to major national issues, especially the Palestinian cause. The Leader extended congratulations to Iran for its victory over adversaries, describing it as significant for the Axis of Jihad, Resistance, and Jerusalem.
The speech included a warning about developments in Somalia and the potential for Israeli influence in the region. He called for a unified stance against Israeli positioning in Somalia and expressed Yemen's readiness to take action if necessary. The Leader urged the Islamic nation to support Somalia against Israeli targeting.
He noted that the Islamic nation derives determination from faith and the teachings of Imam Hussein, standing firm against what he termed as tyranny led by America and Israel.
