Sa’ada HR Sector Condemns US Aggression at Migrant Shelter

Sa'ada: The Human Rights Sector in Sa'ada province has condemned the crime committed by US aggression against an African migrant shelter in the Correctional Facility in Sa'ada City. The attack resulted in the deaths of 68 individuals and injuries to 47 others, as per a preliminary report.

According to Yemen News Agency, the Human Rights Sector issued a statement labeling the attack as a war crime and a blatant violation of international laws and human rights conventions. The statement emphasized that the shelter is managed by the International Organization for Migration and the International Red Cross, making the targeting of the facility a direct assault on international humanitarian efforts.

The Human Rights Sector's statement further accused the American forces of bearing full legal and moral responsibility for the incident. It urged international and humanitarian organizations to take action against what it described as American arrogance and to expose the crimes committed against humanity.
