Sana'a: The cleaning and environment sector in Sana'a, represented by the General Administration of Hygiene and the General Administration of Mechanisms, recently organized a rhetorical event to commemorate the Prophet's birthday, 1447 AH. The event was attended by several high-profile officials, including the Undersecretary of Sana'a City for the Cleaning Sector, Ayed Al-Shamiri, and the head of the Emergency Operations Room in the Secretariat, Dr. Abdel-Wahab Sharaf.
According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Sharaf highlighted the significance of celebrating the Prophet's birthday, emphasizing the pride, dignity, patience, and persistence it instills in the hearts of Yemenis. He stressed the essential role of cleaners in enhancing hygiene services during these festivities to ensure the capital is presented fittingly for the occasion, reflecting the deep-rooted affection and respect Yemenis hold for the Prophet.
Dr. Sharaf also pointed out that the celebration serves as a reminder of the Prophet's teachings, representing a pivotal moment in history that established principles of truth, justice, and equality, while rejecting injustice and oppression. In his remarks, Ibrahim Al-Harrabi, the Executive Director of the Mohamed Sharaf Al-Din Fund and the director of the cleaning project in the capital, emphasized the importance of this Muhammadiyah event. Al-Harrabi expressed that the event, organized by the General Administration of Hygiene and the General Administration of Mechanisms and Maintenance, is a celebration of the Prophet's birthday, reminding the community of his teachings and encouraging adherence to Islamic values and identity.
Speakers Sharaf al-Din and al-Sadabi discussed the relevance of the Prophet's birthday in the current year, particularly under the leadership of Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, who supports Muslims and vulnerable communities in Gaza.
