Sanaa: The Sanaa province Cleanliness and Improvement Fund Board reviewed several reports on its activities and approved its 2025 final accounts. According to Yemen News Agency, the board also discussed a comprehensive cleanliness campaign in preparation for the upcoming Prophet's Birthday celebrations. This initiative includes plans to paint road medians and rehabilitate existing equipment to ensure the city is well-maintained and presentable for the festivities. Additionally, the board approved a plan to plant 100,000 olive trees across the governorate, aiming to enhance the area's green spaces and contribute to environmental sustainability.
Governor Abdul Basit Al-Hadi emphasized the need for increased field efforts and improved coordination among the relevant sectors to effectively implement these plans. The governor's call to action underscores the importance of collaboration in achieving the board's objectives and ensuring the success of the proposed campaigns and projects.
