Sana'a: Several executive offices in Sana'a governorate organized a commemorative event on Monday marking the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, held under the spiritual slogan "By the Lord of the Kaaba, I have won." The ceremony, jointly held by the offices of Health and Environment, Taxes, Real Estate Tax, Customs, Agriculture, Culture, Slaughterhouses, Education and Scientific Research, and the Chamber of Commerce, was attended by Governorate Undersecretaries Abdul-Malik al-Gharbi and Jubran Ghubar.
According to Yemen News Agency, Abdul-Khaliq Damaj, Director of Private Medical Facilities, emphasized that observing this anniversary serves as a vital reflection on the historical consequences of the nation deviating from the path of righteousness. Speakers highlighted the enduring spiritual bond and devotion of the Yemeni people to the legacy of Imam Ali, noting that his principles of defending the oppressed are currently embodied in the support for Palestine and Lebanon. Furthermore, Abdul-Karim al-Khabat, Director of Quranic Memorization, touched upon the Imam's virtues as a true extension of the Prophet's guidance, calling on the audience to draw lessons from his courage and wisdom to ensure absolute adherence to divine teachings.
