Sana’a Meeting Discusses Coordination Between Baby Food Producers and Importers

Sana'a: A meeting chaired by Acting Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment Sam al-Bashiri reviewed on Monday steps to enhance coordination between local baby food producers and importers. The session aimed to foster collaboration and streamline efforts between the two sectors to benefit the local market.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the General Investment Authority Mohammed al-Farza'i. It focused on mechanisms enabling importers to market locally produced baby food while establishing regulations to safeguard the interests of both producers and importers. These discussions are seen as a move to create a more cohesive and supportive environment for national industries.

The meeting emphasized practical steps to bolster cooperation, support the growth of national industries, and ensure the availability of high-quality, affordable products in the local market.
