Sana’a Reviews Preparations for Yemeni Revolution Celebrations

Sana'a: A meeting was held on Monday in the capital Sana'a, chaired by Abdullah Al-Razhi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports for the Youth Sector and Deputy Head of the Scouts and Guides Association, to discuss preparations for celebrating the Yemeni revolution anniversaries.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, attended by Chief Scout Commissioner Abdullah Obeid and the Capital Sana'a Scout Commissioner Ali Shamlan, reviewed technical and field preparations, carnival events, and the youth scout parade scheduled to accompany the national celebrations. The aim is to ensure the events reflect the revolutions' enduring greatness and their deep-rooted significance in the hearts and minds of the youth and all free people of Yemen.

The Youth Sector Undersecretary emphasized that celebrating the Yemeni revolution anniversaries serves as a renewed national milestone for cementing the values of building a just and independent Yemeni state, reinforcing "faith-based identity," and instilling values of loyalty and belonging among the youth.

He stressed the necessity of presenting outstanding activities befitting the magnitude of the occasion. These activities should affirm the constant readiness of Yemen's youth to defend the homeland and confront its enemies, foremost among them the forces of American and Israeli arrogance and their regional proxies, as well as to defeat schemes of foreign tutelage and dependency, protect sovereignty and national assets, and champion the causes of the Nation.
