Sana'a:A cultural event was held on Tuesday by the capital secretariat's slaughterhouses and meat markets office, along with its district branches, to honor families of employees who were martyred in the line of duty. The event was part of the 1448 AH annual martyr's day commemorations.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event praised the sacrifices made by the martyrs in defense of religion, the homeland, and national sovereignty. They also emphasized the importance of continued support for the families of these martyrs.
The event included the provision of financial assistance to the families of the martyrs. Participants in the event also visited the tombs of notable figures such as former President Saleh Al-Sammad, Prime Minister Ahmed Al-Rahawi and his fellow ministers, and Major General Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari, pledging to continue following the path laid out by the martyrs.
