Sana'a: A field committee in Sana'a governorate, led by First Sana'a Undersecretary Hamid Asim, conducted an inspection of the local authority and executive offices in the Khawlan district. The committee's visit focused on evaluating the administrative operations and performance of executive offices, as well as identifying obstacles hindering the implementation of tasks and projects.
According to Yemen News Agency, the committee comprised directors from various sectors, including health, public works, initiatives, financial resources, education, planning, finance, and agriculture. During the visit, committee members reviewed preliminary performance reports and work plans, assessing adherence to administrative and technical procedures. The visit, attended by District Director Raad al-Jamali, District Secretary-General Abdel-Rabbu Qatra, administrative staff, and office directors, aimed to ensure effective service delivery.
Committee members received briefings on completed tasks, urgent needs, and challenges facing service delivery. The committee underscored the governorate leadership's emphasis on field oversight to enhance institutional performance and ensure accountability. A detailed report with technical and administrative observations, along with practical recommendations, will be submitted to the governorate leadership to improve services and address citizens' needs.
District Director Raad al-Jamali confirmed full cooperation with the committee. He stressed the priority of improving service levels and executive office performance, highlighting the necessity of providing the resources required to enable offices to serve citizens effectively.
