Sana’a: Researcher Abdulkarim al-Dailami was awarded a PhD in Business Administration on Monday by the Business Administration Center at Sana’a University for his thesis, “Aligning Organizational Structure and Strategy and Their Impact on Organizational Performance through Leadership Style – A Field Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Managers in Yemeni Business Organizations.”
According to Yemen News Agency, the study and judgment committee, composed of Dr. Abdullah al-Sanfi (internal examiner, Sana’a University), Dr. Sinan al-Marhadhi (main supervisor, Sana’a University), and Dr. Abdullatif Musleh (external examiner, University of Science and Technology), commended the study’s content and the researcher’s findings.
