Sanaa:Multiple Yemeni regions were hit by Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks over a 24-hour period, according to Brig. Gen. Yahya Saree, the Armed Forces spokesman.
According to Yemen News Agency, Saudi warplanes conducted 52 airstrikes and missile attacks targeting areas including Hodeidah, Taiz, Al-Bayda, Marib, and Sa'ada. The attacks were carried out using F-15 and Typhoon aircraft from the Khamis Mushait and Taif air bases, while missiles were launched from Jizan.
The attacks resulted in civilian casualties, including women and children, and caused damage to civilian infrastructure such as telecommunications networks, schools, bridges, and roads. Saree also mentioned that since the escalation began, a total of 988 Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks have been recorded.
