Second Semester Exams for Transfer Students Begin in Taiz amid Challenging Conditions

Taiz: Officials in Taiz governorate inaugurated on Saturday the second semester transfer exams for the 1447 AH academic year. The launch took place at the Martyr al-Sammad Complex in al-Hawban district, with the attendance of local examination committee members.



According to Yemen News Agency, the inauguration was led by the General Mobilization official in the governorate, Mohammed al-Khalidi, and the head of the education sector, Abdeljalil al-Sam’i. Al-Khalidi praised the level of organization and discipline, commending the efforts of education sector staff for continuing their mission under challenging conditions. He emphasized that the resilience of the educational front has thwarted attempts to undermine the learning process and the future of generations.



Al-Sam’i noted that around 500,000 students across 850 schools in the governorate are taking part in the exams. He encouraged students to join summer courses after Eid al-Fitr and urged parents to enroll their children, highlighting the importance of education in guiding youth and protecting them from harmful influences.
